These one-on-one healing sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive soul readings to support your body, mind, and spirit in remembering their innate wisdom. Whether you're joining me in my cozy healing space or virtually from afar, these sessions are designed to gently realign your energy, soothe the nervous system, and bring clarity to what your soul is speaking.
As a certified Reiki 1 + 2 practitioner, I channel universal life force energy through intentional touch, guided messages, and ancient Reiki symbols. In these sessions, we invite your system to unwind, your energy to recalibrate, and your spirit to be witnessed.
Each session concludes with sacred integration: a space to digest what was felt, seen, and received.
