Join Katie for a relaxing evening of yin yoga and acupressure release!
The class will integrate slow and passive yin holds with tennis balls to support your body in recovery, muscle-soreness, and relaxation. We will use tennis balls to apply acupressure and create a deep tissue release in specific areas of the body. You will then be guided into a long Savasana and finish class with meditation.
Tennis balls and other props are provided.
You can expect to leave class feeling relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your week!
